- Add the oats to a bowl, stir in the pineapple juice, cover the mixture put it into the fridge, and let it soak.
- Wash the apple and the pear thoroughly and grate finely with a vegetable grater. Thoroughly wash the fruits, dice the strawberries, half the grapes, and cut the pineapple rings into small pieces.
- Take the soaked oats out of the fridge and stir in the vegan alternative for yogurt, agave syrup, hazelnut brittle, raisins, and the prepared fruits.
- Whip the vegan alternative for whipped cream until stiff and fold it into the porridge.
