1. Add the oats to a bowl, stir in the pineapple juice, cover the mixture put it into the fridge, and let it soak. 
  2. Wash the apple and the pear thoroughly and grate finely with a vegetable grater. Thoroughly wash the fruits, dice the strawberries, half the grapes, and cut the pineapple rings into small pieces.
  3. Take the soaked oats out of the fridge and stir in the vegan alternative for yogurtagave syrup, hazelnut brittle, raisins, and the prepared fruits.
  4. Whip the vegan alternative for whipped cream until stiff and fold it into the porridge.
