1. Quarter the flatbeat and spread with Bedda Aioli.
2. Sauté the colorful vegetables (e.g., bell pepper, mushrooms, eggplant and zucchini).
3. Wash the fresh lettuce and cut it into strips. Peel the red onion and then cut it and the spring onion into fin strips. Cut the tomatoes and the cucumber into cubes.
