Veggie Kebab


•    flatbread

•    Bedda Aioli

•    bell pepper

•    eggplant

•    smal zucchini

•    potato wedges

•    mushrooms

•    salt, pepper

•    lettuce

•    red onion

•    spring onion

•    cucumber

•    tomato

•    Bedda Hirte pickeled in brine


1.   Quarter the flatbeat and spread with Bedda Aioli.

2.   Sauté the colorful vegetables (e.g., bell pepper, mushrooms, eggplant and zucchini).

3.   Wash the fresh lettuce and cut it into strips. Peel the red onion and then cut it and the spring onion into fin strips. Cut the tomatoes and the cucumber into cubes.

4.   Fill the flatbread with all the freshly prepared ingredients and garnish with Bedda Hirte pickeled in brine. Now the vegan veggie kebab can be enjoyed! Yummy!
