Vegan hot dog

Ingredients:

  • Vegan alternative to cooked sausages
  • Chili & chili powder
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 onion
  • Maize
  • Other vegetable toppings of your choice
  • 2 - 4 hot dog rolls
  • Mustard

Preparation:

  1. Heat the sausages in boiling water or fry them well on the grill or in a pan.

  2. Meanwhile prepare the toppings. Cut the ingredients as small as possible to simplify consumption.

  3. Now the hotdogs can be filled. Place the vegan sausage in the bread roll and garnish with toppings. Finally, add the mustard. Enjoy your meal.

Our tip: 
Herbs work wonders! Coriander, for example, brings a new taste to hot dogs.
