Grilled vegan sausages with vegetables

  1. Wash the red cabbage salad and slice it finely. Then mix well with salt and some vinegar and let it sit for 1 to 2 hours. Then stir lighlty.

  2. Fry the vegan alternative to sausages on the grill or in the pan.

  3. The red cabbage salad and sausages go well with all kinds of other other vegetables. For example cress, salad or eggplant. There are no limits to your imagination.

 

Our tip:
To refine the red cabbage salad, simply grate a few apples and add to the red cabbage with sugar and some oil. Then let it sit. This way the salad tastes even fresher!
