Grilled sausages with vegetables


  • Vegan alternative to grill sausages
  • 1 red cabbage
  • Mustard
  • Vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Vegetables of your choice


  1. Wash the red cabbage salad and slice finely. Then mix well with salt and some vinegar and leave to stand for 1 to 2 hours. Then loosen up.

  2. Fry the vegan alternative to sausages on the grill or in the pan.

  3. The red cabbage salad and sausages can be accompanied by all kinds of other vegetables. For example cress, salad or eggplant. There are no limits to your imagination.

Our tip:
To refine the red cabbage salad, simply grate a few apples and add to the red cabbage with sugar and oil. Then let it simmer. This way the salad tastes even fresher!
