Burger with grilled vegetables


2 packets of Vegan Superhero Burger
4 slices vegane alternative to cheese
4 burger buns
2 red pepper
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
1 avocado
olive oil
fresh cilantro or parsley
salt, pepper


In a bowl add roughly chopped avocado, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro (or parsley). 

Wash and slice the bell pepper, eggplant, and zucchini. Sauté the vegetable slices in olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Fry the burger patties in olive oil. Cut the burger buns ins half. Layer the avocado mousse, vegan cheese alternative, fried vegetables, and the patty on the bottom bun. Add the top bun. Serve the burgers with potato wedges.
