Avocado Sandwich


1  avocado
3 EL Simply V Spread creamy-fresh
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch of chili powder
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper 
¼ cucumber
1 pack cress
4 slices whole-grain bread
8 slices Simply V Genießerscheiben Creamy


20 minutes / 4 servings

Remove the flesh from the avocado and mash it in a bowl using a fork and mix it with the Simply V spread. Add lemon juice, chili, salt, and pepper.

For the cucumber slices, wash and peel the cucumber and finely slice it.

Spread the avocado cream evenly on the bread slices and put the cucumber slices and cress on top. Place two Simply V vegan cheese alternative slices on top. Cut the bread slices in half and fold them together.
