Matcha Pistachio Nicecream


  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp Matcha powder
  • 4 tbsp coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp pistachios, chopped
  • Topping of your choice


  1. Puree the frozen bananas with vanilla and the matcha powder.
  2. Add the coconut cream and puree until a creamy mixture is obtained. Stir in the pistachios.
  3. Either enjoy the ice cream directly or place it in the freezer for another 30 minutes. Before feasting, make a topping of your choice over the ice.
