Fruity Smoothies




  • 2 Kiwis 
  • 1 fist full spinach
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 2 dates
  • 150ml plant drink                                    



  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
  • 150 ml plant drink                                                   

Vegan sweets are just so delicious.

Nonetheless, it is important to include fresh fruits into your diet every once in a while. And these smoothies will make it an easy task. 



1. simply puree the ingredients in the blender.

2. If the smoothie is still too thick, simply add a few ice cubes
