How colourful! Sometimes you just need a little colour in your life! With Biovegan colouring your foods is as easy a child's play and to make it even better: These colours are all natural! Use them for cheerful cake decorations and for colouring icings, marzipan, baked goods or cake fillings. The 'FARBSPASS' colouring also works for creams, desserts, ice creams, jellies, drinks and smoothies! Let your ideas run wild! The practical colouring powders are very easy to dose and because they are made from natural plants they are even vegan and gluten-free! Free from aromas and chemicals. Easily soluble in water and really fun to use!
Preperation: Mix the content of one bag with 1 tbsp. of lukewarm water and stir until smooth. Let the mixture rest for 5 min. so the powder can develop its full colour. Then stir well again. Now add the mixture drop by drop to your recipe until you have the colour result you want.

Färbt ok, eher pastellig - das rot hat aber aus der "Butter"creme Wasser gezogen. Das Grün schmeckt sehr intensiv nach Matcha, zu intensiv für meinen Geschmack. Die Farben schmecken alle nach den verwendeten Obst- und Gemüsesorten - Vanillebuttercreme ohne Matchageschmack grün zu färben ist also nicht möglich.
Für Smoothies etc. sicher ok, aber für Buttercreme und "empfindlichere" Backprojekte nicht so geeignet, da die Farbe mit Wasser angerührt werden muss.
