The Bauckhof spelt pancake dough mix as easily prepaded as a child's play. Pancakes made from this baking mix taste just like homemade – because they are!

One pack yields 3 medium-sized pancakes or 6 thin crêpes.

Preparation: Mix the contents of the bag with 350ml sparkling water or soya drink and bake both sides in a greased pan until golden brown. Add one pack of egg replacer for a firmer consistency. (egg replacement not included)

A great base for vegan pancakes!

I tried the vegan version using soy milk. Add vegan choc chips, blueberries, or anything else you fancy and enjoy: they are great!

Vegan, Bio und verdammt lecker!

Ich mag eigentlich keine fertigen Teigmischungen aber diese hat mich überzeugt! Pfannkuchen schmecken immer total klasse!
