nicht ganz das gelbe vom Ei
Es riecht wie Ei , sieht aus wie Ei damit ist allerdings auch schon alles eiig an dem Produkt - das Salz bzw die Gewürze drücken beim Kuchenbacken zu sehr durch , auch wird der Teig nicht so locker wie gewohnt ,er klebt und wird sehr speckig nach dem backen. Pfannenkuchen Omlette oder Rührei gelingt damit gar nicht .Es bindet nicht. Das sind lediglich meine Erfahrungen damit , ich werde mit dem Rest auf jeden Fall noch weiteres austesten , aber nochmals kaufen ,werde ich es nicht .Kann es so auch nicht Weiterempfehlen ..schade
