Basic recipe: let simmer 250 g Quinoa with approx. 500 ml of water for approx. 25 min. and after that let soak for 5 min.

Nutrition facts:
Quinoa has about 15% protein and a very valuable composition of vital amino acids such as lysine, tryptophan and cystine. It contains almost no gluten and can be used as cereal by people with a gluten intolerance.
The fat content is about 5-6 % and is equal to that of oat, however 99% of its fatty acids are unsaturated and about half of it is the essential linoleic acid.
Futhermore, quinoa is extremely rich in caclium, magnesium, iron and zinc, contains many B-vintamins and much vitamin E.
