INGREDIENTS: Ground rice*, maltodextrin*, rock salt, tomatoes* (5%), yeast extract, fried onions* (4%), wheat flour*, chicory extract*, sunflower oil*, paprika*, garlic*, pepper*. (* certified organic)

ALLERGY ADVICE: This product contains wheat, gluten and yeast.

NOTE: Nutritional values refer to prepared product.

Preparation: Stir a heaped tablespoon (approx. 25g) of Erntesegen dark gourmet sauce into 0.25 litres of cold water and bring to a boil. Simmer at low heat for 3 minutes and stir occasionally.

Extrem salzig, wenig Eigengeschmack

Obwohl ich es eigentlich sehr salzig mag - diesen Saucenpulver ist selbst mir zu stark. Sonst hat es relativ wenig "umami"-Geschmack. Als Ergänzung oder zum Andicken von eigenen Saucen ist es okay, als Einzelprodukt eher nichts für mich.
