A Mediterranean delicacy in three tasty variations: Select Carnaroli risotto rice a mix of dried vegetables, ready seasoned with fine herbs, spices and a bit of vegetable broth. With this product from Rapunzel you’re able to create a wonderfully aromatic and typical Italian dish in no time.

Preparation: 250g for approx. 4 portions: Shortly fry the risotto mixture in a vegetable oil and quench with a little white wine. Gradually add water (approx. 500 ml) until the risotto is creamy. It is important to stir the risotto throughout the cooking process. Cooking time: approx. 20-25 minutes.

Sehr lecker

Finde das sehr lecker, nicht perfekt und natürlich auch etwas höheren Preis (ist halt bio) aber echt gut! Auch veganer "Parmesan" passt da super dazu :)

Kein Geschmack

Schmeckt eher nach garnichts. Und wenn man Parmesan ranmacht, wie es auf der Anleitung steht, ist es nicht mehr vegan.
