Als Fruchtmus ja - nicht als Joghurt-Ersatz
Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Vegetarierin und beabsichtige, mich künftig vegan zu ernähren. Ein mir wichtiger Bestandteil meiner täglichen Ernährung ist Joghurt. Da ich auf Sojabohnen allergisch reagiere, war ich froh, mit dem Cashewgurt eine Alternative gefunden zu haben. Nun muss ich feststellen, dass er mit Joghurt wenig gemeinsam hat. Er ist dünnflüssig, sehr säuerlich und die Mango überwiegt geschmacklich. Als Fruchtmus zum Nachtisch oder zwischendurch ist der Cashewgurt Mango super geeignet, als Ersatzjoghurt leider nicht.
