ORGANIC DRY MIX FOR VEGAN MEATBALLS BASED ON PEA PROTEIN-JACKFRUIT GRANULES AND OAT FLAKES
CONTENT: 125g
INGREDIENTS: Pea protein jackfruit granules (pea protein powder*, jackfruit powder*) (38%), rolled oats (19%), breadcrumbs* (wheat flour*, yeast*, salt) (19%), potato*, onion*, tomato*, bell pepper*, sea salt, garlic*, parsley*, carrot*, celery*, kale, chives*, lovage*, nutmeg*, turmeric*, fenugreek seed*, cumin*, allspice*, fennel*, dill*.
(* = certified organic)
ALLERGY ADVICE: Contains wheat, oats, gluten and celery. May contain traces of nuts, soy and milk (incl. lactose).
PREPARATION: Pour the contents of the package in a bowl with 150ml of boiling water and mix well. Leave to swell for 5 minutes. Form about 15 small balls with moistened hands. Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a coated frying pan and fry the balls over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown all over.
