Our Matcha was picked not far from Mount Fuji and slowly ground to fine powder on granite slabs. Green tea is rich in protective antioxidants and stimulating caffeine without overwhelmingly exciting effects. Thanks to its high quality and balanced green colouring, the Vantastic foods Matcha is perfectly suited for daily tea enjoyment as well as for smoothies or for refining all kinds of dishes. In order to maintain the above-average quality of this fine green tea powder, the Vantastic Foods Matcha is bottled exclusively in an aroma-protection can.

The invigorating character of the Vantastic foods Matcha has a bittersweet note and a beautiful jade-green colour. Its aromatic fragrance of freshly flowering spring meadows conveys a sense of well-being and tranquillity.

For the preparation, pour about 2 bamboo spoons or 1 coated teaspoon of Vantastic foods Matcha with 80ml of hot water (max. 80°C) in a bowl and then whisk with a bamboo broom in rapid W-shaped movements for about 15 seconds until a fine, porous foam layer is formed.
