Wir nutzen den Käse sehr gerne für Käse-Nudeln: etwas Wasser in eine Pflanne, Nudeln drauf, Käse drüber und wenn gewünscht noch etwas Salz. Dann Deckel drüber Topf erhitzen. Durch den Wasserdampf wird der Käse besonders lecker.
