Hat nichts mit Käse zu tun, aber an sich zu verarbeiten.

Also mit Käse hat das gar nichts zu tun. Man kann es allerdings mit verkochen, pur fand ich es leider ungenießbar.

Ist lecker und mal was anderes. Überraschend fand ich allerdings die "Fischnote", fast schon in Richtung Thunfisch, sowohl vom Geruch als auch vom Geschmack her. Kommt wahrscheinlich von den Algen her? Vielleicht ein guter Ersatz für Fischliebhaber. Für meinen veganen Cashew-Feta fand ich die Note nicht ganz so optimal, aber an sich ist es ein gutes Produkt.

überaschend lecker...

und absolut nicht was man erwartet! Es erinnert von der Konsistenz eher an diese Nuss-Käseringe die in den 90ern sehr beliebt waren (falls sich einige hier erinnern...) - natürlich mit intensiver Tofunote!
