Ingredients (for two people):

• 1 onion
• 1-2 garlic cloves
• 1 red pepper
• 1 yellow pepper
• bamboo shoots, sliced (1 glass á 175g)
• soybean sprouts (1 glass á 300g)
• 300g pineapple (small can, juice and fruits)
• hazelnut oil, for frying
• handful of cashews
• ginger, fresh (about 10g)
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon agave nectar
• 200ml vegetable stock
• sea salt
• black pepper ground
• white vinegar
• soy sauce
• some sesame, for sprinkling

OPTIONAL:

• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• alternatively: cashew cream (to thicken)

• Okara balls
• 200g rice

• 200g white mushrooms
• 200g asparagus (in pieces)
• 45ml rapeseed oil
• 200g mixed vegetables (carrots and peas)
• 100g onions
• 1/8 lemon
• 65g vegan butter
• 50g flour
• 100ml soy cream
• 1L vegetable stock
• 100ml white wine
• 10g capers
• 5g salt
• 2g pepper
• 2g cayenne
